BG Group, KBR sign global alliance
BG Group has signed an alliance with KBR, enhancing the company’s capacity to deliver oil and gas projects around the world.
The single-partner alliance, which has been signed initially for six years, with options to extend to up to 10 years, will involve KBR’s engineers and specialists providing technical support, services, and project management expertise across BG Group’s global upstream portfolio.
KBR will provide a flexible resource that can be scaled to match the specific requirements of each project. This will enable BG Group to minimise its fixed costs whilst retaining access to high value technical expertise and support.
