Dynagas declares quarterly cash distribution

Dynagas LNG Partners LP’s board of directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended 30 June of US$0.4225 per unit. The cash distribution is payable on or about 13 August 2015 to all unit holders of record as of 6 August 2015.
Earlier this month, Dynagas LNG Partners LP announced that it has priced its public offering of 3 million of its 9% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Units, representing limited partner interests, at US$25/unit.
