Ichthys inlet facilities progressing

In its latest JKC Community Bulletin update, Inpex informed that significant progress has been made on the inlet facilities at its Ichthys project onshore LNG facilities. According to the update, all 26 modules have now been safely erected.
The inlet facilities comprise of two slug catchers, three condensate stabiliser units, two feed preheaters and two heat medium furnaces and associated tankage.
The feed gas separator units were the heaviest modules, at more than 2200 t. These units were moved into position using self-propelled module transporters.
