Cheniere appoints new board members

Cheniere has appointed Jonathan Christodoro and Samuel Merksamer to its Board of Directors, bringing the Cheniere Board to 11 directors.
Currently, Christodoro and Mersamer are Managing Directors of Icahn Capital LP, a subsidiary of Icahn Enterprises LP.
Chairman and CEO of Cheniere, Charif Souki, commented: “We look forward to working with our new board members and will continue to focus on creating value for our shareholders.”
