Sabine Pass Liquefaction Project progressing

Sabine Pass has filed a construction progress report to the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) for May 2016.
According to the report, overall project completion of stage 1 at the Sabine Pass Liquefaction Project, located in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, US, is 98.8%, against a planned 99.8%. Engineering and procurement is 100% complete at stage 1, while subcontract and direct hire construction work stood at 93.9% and 98.4%, respectively.
Overall project completion of stage 2 is 86% against the planned 94.2%, while stage 3 completion is ahead of schedule at 35.1% completion compared to a planned 28.6%.
Train 1 substantial completion was achieved on 27 May 2016, and the company expects Train 2 to be completed by late September 2016. The targeted substantial completion dates for Trains 3 and 4 are April 2017 and August 2017, respectively. Scheduled recovery is expected in the summer of 2016 as labour resource is transitioned from stage 1 to stage 2.
