EDF Trading appoints Senior Origination Manager, LNG

EDF Trading has announced the appointment of Sophie Ducoloner as a Senior Origination Manager, LNG, effective 29 February 2016.
Ducoloner joins from Gazprom Marketing and Trading, where she was most recently Head of LNG Origination Asia Pacific.
EDF Trading has restructured its global LNG trading and origination team in view of the forthcoming retirement of Matthew Arnold. The business is now jointly managed by Philipp Büssenschütt, Chief Commercial Officer, Origination and Business Development, and Marcello Romano, Head of European Gas and Flow.
Büssenschütt said: “I’m pleased to welcome Sophie to EDF Trading. She brings with her a wealth of experience of the LNG market, particularly in Asia […] We are developing our LNG activities in that region and the US so she will be a great addition to our experienced team of originators.”
