White & Case advises consortium of banks on US financing for LNG-to-power project in the Dominican Republic
White & Case LLP has advised Citibank, N.A. and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as joint lead arrangers, joint bookrunners, and joint structuring agents, as well as IDB Invest, Corporación Andina de Fomento, and the other mandated lead arrangers and senior lenders, on the US$902.3 million senior secured limited recourse project financing for the Manzanillo LNG-to-power project in the Dominican Republic.
