Re’tek Engineering Solutions to acquire Anco Products

Anco Products has announced that it will now be a part of Re’tek Engineering Solutions, an affiliate company of Indratech LLC, the owner of Indratech Performance Fiber Systems.

Anco Products is an insulation manufacturer specialising in long fibre textile-type fibreglass insulation products for numerous sectors including the LNG industry. Indratech is a manufacturer of advanced fibre materials used in seating, bedding, acoustical and packaging applications.

Fred Kim, President of Anco Products Inc., said: “We are excited to see the ways that Anco, under Re’tek’s stewardship, will continue innovation of its product offerings and wish them the best in this new stage of their growth.”

Anco Products confirmed that its employees have been offered employment with the post-acquisition company.
