Saipem wins Tortue LNG project contract

According to the latest Reuters report, Italy’s Saipem has secured a €3 million FEED contract for an LNG terminal offshore Africa.

The Tortue project, operated by BP, is located offshore between Senegal and Mauritania.

Sources suggest this deal could serve as a prelude to an even larger, €75 million contract.
