FortisBC statement on passing of President and CEO

The Board of Directors of FortisBC Inc. and FortisBC Energy Inc. has announced the sad news of the passing of its President and CEO, Michael Mulcahy, after a short illness.
A tribute to Mr. Mulcahy has been posted on the website of Fortis BC:
“Mr. Mulcahy was appointed President and CEO on 24 July 2014. He made many contributions to Fortis over his quarter century with the company. He will be dearly missed by his colleagues and friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Mulcahy family at this time.”
New leadership is expected to be announced at FortisBC in the near future.
