LNG Industry,
The Oregon Department of Energy has issued a proposed order recommending that the Energy Facility Siting Council issue a site certificate for the South Dunes Power Plant.
The applicant for the proposed power plant is Jordan Cove Energy Project L.P. The 420 MW natural gas fuelled electric generation plant would be located in Coos County, Oregon, US.
Steam produced from the South Dunes Power Plant heat recovery steam generators would be delivered to the Jordan Cove Energy Project’s LNG terminal gas conditioning systems, acting as a cogeneration terminal.
