Apache appoints new board member
Apache Corp. has appointed Daniel W. Rabun to its board of directors.
Rabun currently serves as the non-executive Chairman of Ensco, following his retirement as President and CEO of Ensco in June 2014. Prior to joining Ensco, Rabun was a partner with law firm Baker & McKenzie. He is also a non-executive Director of Golar LNG.
Commenting on the appointment, John E. Lowe, Apache’s non-executive board Chairman, said: "We are pleased to welcome Dan to the Apache board. He brings a deep understanding of the drilling and service side of our business and will be a tremendous asset to the organisation.”
