Woodside appoints Non-Executive Director

Woodside has announced the appointment of Mr Gene Tilbrook as a Non-Executive Director, effective 4 December 2014.
Mr Tilbrook was a senior executive of Wesfarmers Ltd between 1985 and 2009, including roles as Eexcutive Director Finance and Executive Director Business Development.
He is currently the non-executive director of Aurizon Holdings Ltd, Orica Ltd, Fletcher Building Ltd, GPT Group Ltd and the Bell Shakespeare Company.
He is also the President of the Western Australia division of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a councilor of Curtin University.
