KN releases October 2018 LNG results

AB Klaipedos Nafta (KN) has announced its preliminary activity and revenue results for October 2018.
In October, the company’s LNG terminal regasified and reloaded 709 000 MWh of natural gas. In the same period of 2017, 993 000 MWh were reloaded. During the first 10 months of 2018 the company regasified and reloaded a total of 7.8 million MWh of natural gas (during the same period of 2017 – 11.7 million MWh).
The preliminary sales revenue of the company’s LNG terminal in October 2018 comprised €5.4 million (a 18% decline from October 2017 which comprised €5.5 million). Revenue consists of the regasification tariff fixed part (for booked annual capacities) and variable part for the amount of regasified LNG as well as reloading tariffs. The preliminary revenue of the LNG terminal for the first 10 months of 2018 comprised €53.9 million; a decline of 5.9% compared to the same period of 2017 (€57.3 million).
Total preliminary sales revenue of the company in the first 10 months of 2018 amounted to €83.7 million; 4.5% less than the same period in 2017 (€87.6 million).
