Elengy, the French LNG terminal operator has lauched an LNG truckloading service at it’s Montoir-de-Bretagne terminal. The new loading bay has capacity to load 4 trucks per day with LNG.
The new truck loading bay will be able to load up trucks and ISO containers, which will be able to distribute LNG to locations which are not currently connected to transmission grids.
Initially the service will be provided using existing facilities but the company is studying the potential for increasing the loading capacity of the terminal. This expansion could take place in the second half of 2014, depending on how fast demand develops.
