RasGas holds workshop with Qatar’s Chamber of Commerce

RasGas Company Ltd has announced that it recently initiated a relationship-building workshop with several key representatives from Qatar’s Chamber of Commerce, including the Associate Director of the Department of Affairs. This is the first in a series of workshops that aim to strengthen business ties with government agencies.
The workshop included presentations from both parties, outlining the role each plays in facilitating a mutually-beneficial work relationship, and how to enable continued development in the future.
Ali Al Marri, Procurement Manager, RasGas Supply Department, said: ”RasGas is always seeking new ways to build on the cooperation between the government and business. We appreciate the role that the Qatar Chamber of Commerce plays and their ongoing efforts to support and promote the country’s economic sector.”
Hussain Yousef Al Abdulghani, Associate Director of the Department of Affairs at the Qatar Chamber of Commerce, said that the Chamber of Commerce welcomes all proposals to strengthen relationships with national companies. He also expressed satisfaction with the opportunity to obtain an insight into RasGas’ business and encouraged other companies to take similar initiatives to enhance the relationship with the Chamber of Commerce.
