LNG Limited appoints administrators

LNG Limited has announced that it has appointed voluntary administrators.

Craig Crosbie, Simon Theobald and Daniel Walley of PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia are reportedly among the appointments.

The voluntary administrators are currently reviewing the company’s business and assets and will be in contact with creditors shortly.

LNG Limited has advised that Michael McAnearney and Richard Beresford resigned as Directors of the Company on 30 April 2020, immediately following the appointment of administrators.

According to the company statement, Andrew Gould (Company Secretary), and Gregory Vesey and Michael Steuert (Company Directors) also resigned, prior to the appointment of administrators, on 29 April 2020.
