Cheniere makes share offering to raise cash for Sabine Pass terminal

Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. is selling off 3,000,000 common units to investors at a share price of US$ 15.25. The company is hoping to raise US$ 60 million to put towards general business purposes and development costs of its expansion project to add liquifaction capacity at the Sabine Pass LNG terminal.

 

Clough awarded AU$ 600 million dollar contract for Santos GLNG project

Clough Downer Joint Venture (CDJV) has been awarded a contract worth AU$ 600 million by Fluor for construction of pipelines, compression facilities and associated infrastructure relating to the Fairview component of the Santos GLNG project, located in the Surat Basin.
