Reuters reports that the Tanzanian presidential candidate, John Magufuli has promised to help an LNG plant become a reality in Tanzania if he is elected.

The Singaporean subsidiaries of Gazprom Marketing and Trading and Pavilion Gas have signed an LNG sale and purchase agreement that will last 10 years.

Air Products and Kiewit Energy Company have jointly announced an agreement in which the two companies will work together to pursue smaller-sized LNG projects.

Bechtel has announced that it has signed an agreement with Chart to design and build FLNG vessels using Chart’s IPSMR liquefaction technology.
