Changes at Pacific NorthWest LNG

Greg Kist has resigned from his position at Pacific NorthWest LNG. Dato' Wee Yiaw Hin, Chair of Pacific NorthWest LNG's Board of Directors, has confirmed that Michael Culbert will immediately assume the role of acting President.
Mr Culbert, a member of the Pacific NorthWest LNG Board of Directors, will also continue in his role as President and CEO of Progress Energy.
Dato' Wee Yiaw Hin said: "Under Greg's leadership, the company was formed and continues to work towards a final investment decision this year. He leaves Pacific NorthWest LNG as a strong company with an excellent management team and a committed, dedicated group of employees. We wish him much success in Alberta and want to ensure continuity of leadership during this period of transition."
In a statement to employees about his resignation, Mr Kist said: "Pacific NorthWest LNG has made a huge contribution to the province of British Columbia and it was a pleasure to be part of such a vibrant and dynamic organisation. I know it will continue to fulfill its mandate with its strong management team and exemplary staff."
