Venture Global LNG appoints engineering VP
Venture Global LNG announced that Brian Eisentrout will join the company as Vice President of Engineering.
Eisentrout has more than forty years of experience in design, engineering, construction and commissioning as an engineer with CB&I.
Commenting on the appointment, Bill Wicker, CEO, said: “Brian Eisentrout’s experience with LNG projects is second to none. He has managed every piece of the LNG operational puzzle, from permitting, engineering and commissioning of storage tanks, to developing peak-shaving facilities, import terminals and export terminals - both internationally and in the United States. Venture Global is proud to have an LNG expert of Brian’s calibre on our team.”
Eisentrout added: “Venture Global’s unique liquefaction technology in a base load plant will substantially lower capital cost while creating operating advantages in production redundancy.”
Venture Global LNG is currently developing the Calcasieu Pass project, a liquefaction and export facility in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
