Santos in talks with ENN to form LNG joint venture

Reuters are reporting that Santos Ltd is in talks with its top shareholder, China’s ENN Group, to form a LNG joint venture to supply China, Chief Executive Kevin Gallagher said on 21 February.
“I am very pleased to announce today that Santos and our major shareholder ENN are in discussions to form a joint venture to create an LNG portfolio to capture the huge potential of the fastest growing LNG market in the world,” Gallagher told analysts after reporting a more than five-fold increase in annual profit.
