Liquefied Natural Gas Limited (LNG Ltd) has released an update on the status of Environmental Information Requests from the Federal Environmental Regulatory Commission (FERC) in relation to its wholly owned subsidiary, Magnolia LNG LLC.
Magnolia LNG and Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline have submitted responses to two separate environmental information requests from FERC, issed on 23 October 2014.
These information requests are consistent with the normal process for applications filed under Sections 3 and 7 of the Natural Gas Act for LNG terminals and interstate pipelines in USA and allow FERC to clarify certain aspects of the filings to assist them to issue a combined Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the projects.
