InterOil Chairman, Chris Finlayson, said "[Mr Yap’s] experience in executive management, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, governance and finance will provide InterOil with an additional skill set that will be necessary as we develop our Elk-Antelope LNG project in Papua New Guinea.
