Downeast LNG submits Draft Resource Report

Downeast LNG Inc. has submitted its Draft Resource Report No. 1 (General Project Description) with the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). This report forms part of the pre-filing environmental review for its proposed LNG import/export terminal in Robbinston, Maine, US.
The Downeast LNG export project would convert the Downeast LNG import project into a bidirectional LNG terminal and pipeline, which is capacble of producing up to 3 million tpy of LNG and 100 million ft3/d of regasified LNG.
In the report, Downeast LNG expects construction of the LNG terminal to start in January 2017, with project completion and startup in January 2021.
