New Santos CEO to commence duties in February 2016

Santos has announced that Kevin Gallagher, the recently announced Managing Director and CEO, will commence work in his new position on 1 February 2016.
This follows the announcement of his appointment on 9 November 2015.
Santos is the operator of the Gladstone LNG (GLNG) project, which produces and exports LNG and is based in Australia. Recently, it shipped its first cargo of LNG to South Korea.
Peter Coates, the Santos Executive Chairman, claimed that he was delighted to welcome Gallagher and looked forward to working with him to drive long-term shareholder value and operational performance.
