Crowley LNG files LNG export application with NEB

Crowley LNG Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Crowley Petroleum Services Inc., has filed an application with the Canadian National Energy Board (NEB) to export up to 10 billion ft3/yr of LNG to the US and its territories over a period of 25 years.
Crowley LNG said that it would export LNG produced at the Tilbury LNG plant and storage facility in Delta, British Columbia (B.C.), and/or the Mount Hayes LNG plant and storage facility on Vancouver Island. Both of these LNG plants are owned by FortisBC Energy Inc.
Crowley LNG may also export LNG produced at the Elmworth LNG plant and storage facility located in Elmworth, Alberta. This LNG plant is owned by Ferus Natural Gas Fuels Inc.
