Cancellation of listing of BG shares

BG Group has confirmed that, following an application by BG, the UK Listing Authority has cancelled the listing of BG shares on the premium listing segment of the Official List, in effect from 8.00 am GMT on 15 February 2016.
The London Stock Exchange has also cancelled the trading of BG Shares on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities.
Shell has formally completed its acquisition of BG Group after shareholders in both companies voted in favour of the merger. Shell believes that the merger will help to create a simpler and leaner company, with core expertise in deep water and LNG.
