B.C. establishes framework to support Tilbury LNG expansion

The Province of British Columbia has issued an order in council that exempts the Phase 1B expansion of FortisBC’s Tilbury LNG project from the need to obtain a certificate of public convenience and necessity under the Utilities Commission Act.

 

DOE grants Argent LNG long-term authorisation to export LNG
