Skangass secures LNG supply with Eni

LNG Industry,

Skangass signed a two-year agreement with Eni for the supply of liquefied natural gas.

This agreement will further strengthen the availability of small scale LNG in the Nordic markets. The LNG will be delivered from the Fluxys LNG terminal in Zeebrugge and transported to Skangass’ newly opened receiving terminal in Lysekil, Sweden.

Tor Morten Osmundsen, CEO of Skangass, commented: “This agreement is a natural extension to our current LNG supplies from Risavika. By this agreement we will be able to support current and new customers with even a more secure and flexible supply. An increasing number of energy intensive industries and shipping are converting to natural gas”.

The LNG will be transported by the Coral Energy vessel to Skangass’ receiving terminal in Lysekil, Sweden.
