Iveco to showcase LNG vehicles at IAA Motorshow
Iveco will showcase a number of its LNG and CNG fuelled vehicles at the 65th International Motor Show of Commercial Vehicles (IAA) in Hanover, from 25 September to 2 October 2014.
Iveco will display its range of products, from light commercial vehicles to heavy on-road and off-road vehicles, buses and quarry-construction site vehicles.
Natural gas vehicles
Committed to environmental sustainability, Iveco will showcase a range of alternative fuel vehicles, including the New Daily CNG and the Stralis LNG.
The New Daily CNG has the same advantages as the diesel version in terms of reliability, comfort, and useful payload.
The Stralis Natural Power Euro VI powered by LNG will feature a new tank fully complying with the revised Regulation UNECE No.110, permitting type-approval for LNG vehicles, which previously was not possible. This is an important new step for the sector, one that indicates a strong expansion of the market for LNG-powered heavy vehicles for medium-haul routes.
