Fluxys Belgium appoints new CEO
Fluxys Belgium SA, the operator of the Zeebrugge LNG terminal, has appointed Pascal De Buck as the new Chairman of the Executive Board, the company’s executive body. A such, Mr De Buck will hold the position of CEO.
Pascal De Buck, currently a member of the Executive Board and General Director Commercial at Fluxys Belgium and also Director Business Development & Strategy at Group level, will take over from Walter Peeraer at Fluxys Belgium as from 1 January 2015. Mr De Buck began his career at Fluxys in 1995 and has held several managerial and executive positions in the company, notably in the commercial, regulatory, business development and strategy departments.
As from 1 January 2015 Mr De Buck will also hold the position of Deputy CEO of Fluxys SA, the umbrella company of the Fluxys Group. Walter Peeraer will remain CEO of the Fluxys Group and Managing Director of Fluxys SA.
