IEV Gas signs MOU for LNG supply
IEV Holdings subsidiary, IEV Gas, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with PT Maxpower Indonesia, to collaborate on LNG supply for remote power generation in North Sumatera, Indonesia.
The MOU will initiate a feasibility study covering the review of the procurement, transport and delivery of LNG to industrial and remote power generation consumers in the North Sumatera region.
Subject to the results of this study, the companies will work towards definitive collaboration agreements setting out specific terms of collaboration and financing obligations.
