Avenir LNG Ltd has announced that it will collaborate with Golar Power Ltd in developing the Brazilian small scale LNG market.

Mitsui & Co. has announced that it has given the go-ahead for a major new US$1.6 billion project to build a gas-fired combined cycle power plant in Rayong Province, Thailand.

According to Reuters, Singapore’s Pavilion Energy has taken the decision not to lift an LNG cargo from the US due to “scheduling and other commercial matters”.

Gasum has announced that it has reached an agreement with Swedegas to use Swedegas’ liquefied gas facility for bunkering LNG-fuelled vessels.
