New CEO for Nigeria LNG

Nigeria LNG Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors have approved the appointment of Tony Attah as the company’s new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), replacing Babs Omotowa, who has been with the company since December 2011.
Nigeria LNG’s General Manager, External Relations, Kudo Eresia-Eke, confirmed that Omotowa would be returning to Shell International in the ?Netherlands.
Attah will take up the role of Managing Director and CEO of Nigeria LNG after returning from an assignment at Shell’s Group Integrated Gas business as Senior Projects Advisor, working on projects in the Netherlands and Singapore.
In his new role, Attah will be responsible for sustaining Nigeria LNG’s top quartile performance in supplying LNG to the global energy market and advancing the company’s expansion programmes.
