Höegh LNG announces director resignation

Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd. has announced that Jon Erik Reinhardsen has resigned as a director of the company. Nomination of a new director will be announced in due course.

Morten W. Høegh, Chairman, said in a statement: "We are grateful for Jon Erik Reinhardsen's valuable contribution to the Company and the Board since he joined the Board in 2006, and in particular for his chairmanship of the Governance and Compensation Committee."
