Toho Gas books LNG Canada cargoes

According to Reuters, Japan’s Toho Gas Co. has signed an agreement, with a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corp., to purchase up to four cargoes of LNG from the LNG Canada project.

The cargoes will total approximately 0.3 million tpy of LNG and will be delivered over the course of 15 years, starting in 2024/25.

A statement from the company announced that the cargoes would be bought on an ex-ship basis with destination flexibility.
