LNG Industry,
A statement has been released claiming that the family of Linde engineering companies based in North America will reorganise into one unified organisation – Linde Engineering North America Inc. (LENA). Previously, there were two companies in existence – Linde Process Plants and Linde Engineering North America alongside its Hydro-Chem division. All staff from these two bodies will now be united into a single operation, although the products and services offered will not be affected.
The CEO of LENA, Steve Bertone, said: “The realignment allows us to better serve customers and operate more effectively.
"We remain committed to our customers, suppliers and other partners as we focus on building future growth.
"Although we are placing increased emphasis in certain geographic markets, we are not exiting any area of our business operations or discontinuing any products or services."
Despite the reorganisation, LENA will continue to be a member of the Linde Group, which is based in Munich Germany. LENA will be primarily present in Tulsa, Oklahoma, US, as well Houston, Texas, US. The unified company will keep its Hydro-Chem location in Atlanta, Georgia, US, as well as its Selas Linde North America location in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, US.
