Arctech Helsinki Shipyard Inc. has announced that Polaris – the world’s first icebreaker capable of running on both LNG and ultra-low sulfur diesel – is now ready to enter service.

The M/T Fure West product tanker has been bunkered with LNG for the first time since its conversion to a triple fuel system.

Reuters reports that Ophir Energy is able to proceed with its Fortuna FLNG project with or without partners, due to the fact that the cost estimates have halved to approximately US$450 million.

GasLog Partners has closed the acquisition of the GasLog Seattle LNG carrier.

Venture Global LNG has appointed John Brian O'Leary as its Senior Vice President of Operations.
