Port Arthur LNG Phase 2 receives non-FTA export authorisation
The U.S. Department of Energy has issued a permit to Sempra Infrastructure for the Port Arthur LNG Phase 2 development project to allow the export of US-produced LNG to countries that do not have a free-trade agreement with the US.
