Financial advisors appointed to Goldboro LNG

Pieridae Energy Ltd. has announced that it has engaged Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and SG Americas Securities, LLC to serve as financial advisors for Pieridae Energy's Goldboro LNG project.
Pieridae intends to raise up to US$10 billion in equity and project financing to fulfill its mandate to become the first independently operated integrated LNG project in North America.
"We are extremely proud to have partnered up with such prestigious organisations as Morgan Stanley and Société Générale. We believe their involvement in the project is a testament to the creditability of Pieridae Energy's progress to date," said CEO Alfred Sorensen.
