Spanish utility Gas Natural moves legal base

Reuters reports that Spanish utility Gas Natural has decided to move its legal base from Barcelona to Madrid.
Gas Natural are the latest of several companies to leave the region in light of the uncertainty surrounding the possible declaration of Catalan independence.
The Spanish government recently passed a law to make it easier for companies to move their operations around the country.
