Richard Lancaster, chief executive, reportedly said at a media briefing: “We are still working on some final permits and approvals, but in the meantime we are getting on with the design works and gearing up for the awarding contract aspects.”
According to Reuters, the terminal was granted an environmental permit in October last year. Nonetheless, a final investment decision (FID) is yet to be taken.
