GTT awarded contract for two new LNG carriers

Gaztransport & Technigaz (GTT) has received a new order for two LNG carriers, which will be built by Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries.
The LNG carriers, which will be built with Mark III Flex technology, are expected to be delivered in 2019. They will be owned and operated by Teekay.

GTT’s Mark III Flex technology has been selected for a newbuild FSRU, to be built by Hyundai Heavy Industries.
GTT has received an order from DSME for an LNG carrier, which will be built for Greek shipowner Chandris.
GTT’s GST® membrane technology has been chosen for liquid argon onshore tank construction.
