Specifically, API claims that it supports the Department of Energy’s (DoE) non-free trade agreement export authorisation for Venture Global’s Calcasieu Pass LNG export facility, as well as the introduction of a Senate bill that is designed to speed up the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) review process of LNG terminals and other energy infrastructure.
