PaxOcean has announced the completion and delivery of two LNG carrier repair projects within the span of one week.
Golden Queena, a 157 700 m3 GTT NO96 membrane-type LNG carrier owned by Sillo Maritime Group, returned to service after undergoing the replacement of two gas fuel pumps, underwater cleaning, and various outfitting works. This marks PaxOcean’s second membrane-type LNG carrier repair completed at its Batam yard this year.
Just days after, Hyundai Utopia, a 127 088 m3 moss-type LNG carrier owned by Hyundai LNG Shipping, was delivered following the overhaul of her ballast pump and motor fan, several piping renewals, and various outfitting works. This is the fourth Hyundai LNG carrier repair successfully completed in PaxOcean’s Batam yard.
