Konstantin Palnikov has been appointed Director General of FAI Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, by order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
Previously, Mr Palnikov directed the Department of State Policy for Maritime and River Transport of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. Prior to that, he held positions at Volga-Neva Ltd. and JS North-Western Shipping Company.
