According to Reuters, Guanghui Energy Co. Ltd has temporarily shut down its LNG project and methanol plant following a ‘fire mishap’ at the company’s energy complex in Hami, western Xinjiang, China.
Reportedly, a gas leak was the cause of the fire at the methanol plant and LNG project.
Reuters claims that Guanghui is currently preparing restart operations, and is looking into the cause of mishap.
