In the April – June period, the project reportedly shipped 24 LNG cargoes, despite the fact there was a maintenance period in May lasting 15 – 20 days.
According to Reuters, it is expected that the project will ship approximately seven to eight cargoes per month this year. Reuters also reports that the project is forecast to contribute 65 billion yen to its group profit for the nine-month earnings this year through 31 December. This is against its earlier prediction of 60 billion yen.
