Reuters are reporting that a consortium consisting of General Electric Company and UGL-CH2M JV expects to file arbitration claims against JKC Australia LNG Pty.

The arbitration process is expected to be lengthy, with analysts currently unable to predict a timing for the resolution or outcome of the disputes.
